Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones was born on September 3rd in 1976. She is an American actor. She is best known for her roles as Megan Dennison, on The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester, on The Bold and the Beautiful. She also portrayed the recurring character of Daphne on the second series of the HBO drama series True Blood. Ashley Jones has a Bachelor of Human Learning from University of Tennessee at Martin. She earned her degree in 1997. She began her teaching at Maury County. There, she taught Reading through kindergarten and the 1st grades. After marrying the love of her life and UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones in 1998, she moved into Thompsons Station. She began her teaching career in 4th year in Bethesda Elementary. Between 1999 and 2000, she was able to keep teaching, while completing her Master of Instruction at Trevecca Nazarene University. In 2000 she stepped back from teaching following the arrival of their son, the oldest of them Baylor. Ashley's focus over the last 15 years has been helping children grow in both her own church and the local community. Additionally, she has served in various roles. Ashley has been the director of the Preschool Ministry for Thompson Station Church in various capacities for more than 13 years. While Ashley was at home with her kids, they went through three years in homeschooling. Ashley was a teacher of History for Kindergarten and the 1st Grade at home was also a participant in this course. God has clearly demonstrated to them and their families the importance of returning to the school. Although Ashley loved homeschooling, she also loved being with her five children. Brent and Ashley have five children. Silas and Eliza as well as Cruz all attend GCA. Baylor a GCA graduate plays baseball for the University of Tennessee Martin. Callan is a GCA graduate and is enrolled at Western Kentucky University. This is a very busy family who enjoys activities, fishing and hunting.
